Founder, agency leader and trustee

I’m Rob Brown, Founder and Managing Director of JUMP, a Newcastle-based creative agency specialising in brand, design, website development and marketing.

JUMP trades as JUMP UP LIMITED and works with organisations that need clear brand, digital and marketing support.

I started my first business in 1992, working in software and database development before moving into digital and creative work. Today, I lead JUMP with a focus on clear thinking, strong creative standards and long-term client relationships.

Outside the agency, I’m Chair of Blyth Tall Ship and a Trustee of Age UK North Tyneside, using my business experience to support charity governance, strategy and community impact.

I write about business, creativity, AI, leadership and the reality of building something over the long term.

I also explore AI-assisted music through IAMBROON, a personal creative project focused on sound, lyrics and production. It helps me understand how AI is changing creative work from the inside, not as theory, but through practice.
